It's Fall!!!

Ok, maybe not. The calendar says that we have about six weeks of summer left. You know it's funny, in the winter we need a ground hog to tell us what the calendar has already said, but I guess the poor little guy needs a job.

Anyway, I know that it has to be fall, school starts in the next couple of weeks in most areas of the country, ours starts on the 30th which is next Monday, so fall is here. 

Now, we live on a mountain dessert, that means that about now the days are really warm, and the nights are beginning to cool down. We don't usually get a real frost until the first of October, but the weather is definitely starting show signs of change. The mountains are on fire with colors, if they haven't been on fire during the summer and burned everything. Fall for sure!

For the kids it means getting ready to study, for those of us who are helpers yearend gift giving that means that we are hitting the studios with all the creative juices flowing. There are shows to do, websites to fill, consignment shops that need shelves and walls filled. Advertisements ready to publish.

In my case, and in that of a lot of other's who are creative, I need to get supplies in and get dresses and dolls cut out and sewn up, bodies and heads to sculpt, and faces to paint. It is definitely a GOOD thing that Fairy Dust helps you fly!!
